I strongly believe in the head start program because I was a head start child myself. I believe that all children should be given the opportunity to strive no matter what their backgrounds are. At head start, we do not teach children we engage in learning experiences with them. As teachers, we learn with our children.
It seems as though you have a strong passion for what you do and that is something that I think will carry you very far. :)
